I started the Sauce because I wanted high-quality, sex-positive events without having to drive all the way to Oakland or SF. And I’m proud to say, people now drive from the Bay to join us!

The Sauce is a sober event—we get high on the vulnerability and thrill of exploring erotic energy. We aim to hit the sweet spot between the bar scene and ecstatic dance – where dressing up sexy and going out on the town meets care, courage, and intentionality. The fun here is deeper and more meaningful, leaving you feeling more alive, not hungover.

The Sauce is a party that includes interactive workshops & other experiences to help us build trust as a community. Beyond the bumping dance floor are ongoing activities to explore throughout the night. Your time at the Sauce might be lively, or it might be awkward. All emotions are welcome here because we aim for true exploration, not a perfect performance.

why are Agency & Consent both important?

Sauce events are pressure-free environments rooted in agency and consent. Consent means: I’m going to ask you before I do something to you. Agency means: I’m going to put myself in situations I want to be in and leave situations I don’t want to be in. Both are essential for empowerment, personal safety, and successful relationships.
